Typical Techno Difficulties

After several days of typical difficulties, I've finally gotten my Mac up and running on Wanadoo fr and things seem fine. I'll post some earlier blog entries and then we'll do our best to stay more or less current. The weather is lovely! Blue skies except for day before yesterday when a gentle rain hit us but yesterday was a perfect, but cooler day when we took off for Limoux, forgetting that we had to be back for a 'mixer' of all the artists staying here. Judy made a spectacular potato and celery root gatin and it was a hit. We had a variety of wonderful dishes including a French veal stew, a couple of Korean dishes, lots of wine!, wonderful bread and cheeses, a delighful dish of dessert made of apples and other delights such as endive leaves stuffed with a mix of apples, onions and mayonnaise. There are about 12 artists here from all sorts of places and one is a writer from NYC, another an editor who is originally from England. Fascinating group of people! More later after I post our earlier blog entries.
